[Healeys] Camshaft and Lifters

I'm going to have to replace the cam and lifters on a 1960 AH 3000 as part
of an engine rebuild.  

I know that we have discussed a minimum Rockwell hardness for lifters on the
Triumph and Morgan lists for quite a while.  I'm assuming that this
reasoning and testing methodology applies to other flat tappet engines as
well.

Does anybody know what we should be looking for on AH lifters?
