[Healeys] Can't get into Archives

I've been off the list for awhile (I'll spare you the details as to why) and I'm trying to get into the archives to research a couple of subjects. After entering the subject and clicking on the search button I get a pop up that reads "you have chosen to open namazu.cgi which is: cgi File (122 KB)." I've tried to find out what a cgi file is and why I'm getting this pop up...no luck.
