[Healeys] Throttle

I modified the throttle cable connecting piece and it seems to be an
improvement. I now think a lot of the problem all along with my linkage was
the return spring on the gas pedal. I have had to pull the pedal back into
position after letting off. If the big spring is weak, would that cause the
pedal to hang? I thought it was linkage issues. I have removed all rod
linkage pieces and it's still an issue.
