Yes, just soak in cold (I do 2 to 3 days) or hot oil for a day.

Fellow Listers,
I'm replacing the pilot or spigot bush that sits in the end of the 
crankshaft where the transmission input shaft rides on. Is this bronze 
bush one of those sintered bronze bushings that needs to soak in hot oil 
for a day or so?
