I don't think that The Kent Collection is anything other than a
broker/middleman.  They don't hold the inventory at all, and simply advertise
on behalf of, or perhaps without the knowledge of actual dealers.

is most certainly the car for sale on the Oxford Motor Cars of RI web site at

http://oxfordmotorcars.com/wordpress/listing/1955-austin-healey-1004/

May explain why these things don't go smoothly.   You can imagine that they
get a hit on their advertising and then go to the actual seller and try to
negotiate their cut of the deal.   With a bit of research, I suspect that any
prospective purchaser could find and contact the actual seller of the car.
