[Healeys] wheel balancing

i have not found anyone in vegas that seems to know what they are doing when it comes to computer balancing.  have a bj8 that has shake at 50-60.  took 8 ounces of weight off one side and six ounces directly opposite.  one my bubble balancer the wheel was perfect.  other three wheels were about the same.  ended up with over 20 ounces of weight and only put 1/2 ounce back on.  still has a bit of shake, so am leaning toward wheel out of true or rear hubs needing balancing.  it is a laborious task sometimes to kill all the variables.
