[Healeys] Drum balancing

This subject does beg the question.
Would balance weighs attached to the drums result in concours deductions as
they are quite obviously not original and are easily seen through 48 spoke
wheels.

Balance your drums.  I have looked at 6 drums in the past and all needed
balancing.  Made a noticeable difference in my BJ8
