Used dremel to cut a slot across it so it can now be installed/removed with a
std. screwdriver, at least for the next 40 years, then Ibll have to figure
something else out.



Problem solved without needing to go on an unobtanium search.

Hi Jonas,

Being a Lucas product my bet is that it is a British Association thread (BA).

Based upon Steve measurements it looks like it would be 4BA for which the
specs are:

Pitch 0.6600mm

Depth of thread. 0.395 mm

Major diameter 3.6 mm

Effective diameter. 3.205mm

Minor diameter. 2.81mm

TPI (approx.) 38.5



May be tough to find a Home Depot!!
