Ira, I useB a cut down flarenut wrench that clears the radiator shroud/fan and can tap with a small hammer if needed to loosen or tighten the nuts,B as stated before keep all threads clean and nut/bulb area well lubricated to prevent sludge buildup for future removal. Carroll Phillips
