[Healeys] Wing fasteners

Got one I don't recall seeing posted before:

What are the correct fasteners to attach the wings at the bottom? The holes at the bottom of the rear doglegs appear 
sized for #10 screws, but the holes at the bottom of the front wings are quite a bit bigger.  Also, were flat washers 
used under any of the bolt/screw heads?

This is specifically for a BN2, but I suspect they remained mostly the same throughout AH production.
