[Healeys] Steering column issue

Richard,

I need to do the same thing with a non-adjustable box I have (all 
replies to the list please!).  I'm planning on making a two-piece 
die/mandrel for the ID and heat the tube up.  Then use a reworked air 
chisel (without the air tool) to form it.
