[Healeys] Seat belts

For safety a retractable one is much better. The seat belt sould be tight
in case of an accident to work properly, and NOBODY will bother tightenig a
static belt.

Best results will be achieved with a good quality seat with head rest.

On the other hand, theese items are not period.
