[Healeys] Seat belts

I put retractable seat belts in our BJ7 and regretted it.  I bought
the  non retractable three point belts and was much happier.  The
retractable  system had decelleration sensitive reels that were
supposed to be adjustable to any position.  I did not like the results
and replaced them.  YMMV.  And it's your money.
