[Healeys] High speed miss - CARBS?

Check if the needles, float valves, float height and springs in the 
carbs are as specified. New carbs can have the wrong needles, float 
valves and/or springs fitted and the float height will not be set to 
spec in many cases. Also check if the needles are not rubbing the jets, 
when lifted the pistons should drop with a very clear click. Also check 
the mixture at idle (Colourtune) and the dwell angle instead of the 
points gap.
