Reminds me of news story discussing revising the Federal gas mileage
estimates.   One whiner said the current tests weren't valid because
she
got 10mpg @ 90 mph instead of the EPA estimated 20mpg on the highway.
The
EPA tests assume 55 or 60 mph, and she said the tests should estimate
gas
mileage at 90mph because that's the speed she drove.
