[Healeys] Rear Springs on BJ7

Companies that rebuild springs are hard to find. The one that did 
mine 10 years ago went out of business. In addition, the spring steel 
that they most likely stock is thicker than the original steel and 
will make the clamps hard to fit or make the spring need additional 
work to get it to fit if you are replacing the main leaf.
