[Healeys] Restarting engine

All this talk about break in oil got me thinking about procedures for
restarting an engine after it sat for 2-3 years? I will squirt mystery
marvel oil in spark plug holes. And turn engine until oil pressure is up.
Then hook up fuel line, replace plugs.
New oil in engine when parked. Should I change it before starting, or after
or both?
I have plenty of info on oil. Currently 20/50 valvoline race.....
