[Healeys] Reports from Rondezvous ?

Ok,
I haven't seen any posts so here is one to get it started...
Really nice time in Parksville, with nice weather Monday, Tuesday and 
Wednesday.  Just some light rain on the drive on
Thursday, but the folks from the Pacific NW take the wet in stride. 
They say that only tourists carry umbrellas!
The whole island is perfect for Healey drives, fairly cool, light 
traffic, with speed limit of 90 to 100 most of the way (not sure if that 
was mph or kph)
Really great food on the island, since it is an upscale place--- btw, 
the ferry cost $45. to get over to the island on Monday, but the ferry 
company claimed that summer started on Tuesday, therefore about $70 to 
get back to the mainland on Friday.  The Canadian dollar costs more than 
the US$.

About 85 Healeys in attendance, about 10 -100's, 2-Bugeyes and a load of 
3000's, no boats.
Best of show was a Nash Healey -- which seem to materialize at Healey 
events in the last few years.
Someone please fill in the award winners.

Super great deluxe resort, friendly people.  Any other comments?
