The "paint" that REAL radiator shops
use is NOT "paint" at all.  My guy explained that the black colour of
the stuff was a required 'part' of
the coating they use.  The 'stuff' used IS a Heat Transfer Agent.

you CAN create a situation of having TOO much
cooling --- especially if you have just had the block REALLY well
'cleaned' ! ! !
