[Healeys] Regarding the Anderson/Moment Book

 There is no difference whatsoever in the content of the two different
printings of the Anderson/Moment restoration book. The second one with the red
car on the cover was printed when Motorbooks wanted the book to look as if it
was part of a new series they had introduced after the original printing of
the book with the three Healey Blue (NOT SILVER!) cars on the cover. We have
absolutely no idea where the eBook came from (it's totally unauthorized, but
that's Motorbooks' problem now, not ours), but it appears to be a scan of the
original version.
