Don't get me wrong. I did not mean to criticize.  In fact, the ribcase is a
better transmission than the smoothcase.  As far as value, the 1275/Datsun 5
speed conversions are more desirable and command prices equal to or even more
the the original drivetrain.  Sorry, I was a Bugeye restorer before I was a
BN2 restorer.  I had a concours Bugeye before I made the conversion. The 1275
version is more fun!
