[Healeys] OON 440 Damaged already!

On Sunday morning I was talking to Paul Woolmer about OON 440. As I
mentioned, it is green, and it is has been restored to a virtually concours
condition even though it is being raced. I took some more detailed
pictures which I'll post on photobucket.

Today I visited the workshop a couple of miles from my house where two
racing 100s are looked after (as well as an Aston DB6 Superleggera and a
Mustang both fully race prepped). All four were racing at Silverstone.
First thing I noticed was the rear right wing of one of the 100s was badly
ding-ed. It turns out that he had been run into by OON 440 which outbraked
itself going into Copse. OON came off worse and spun out into the gravel
trap. I haven't seen the damage but it must be very painful!!!!

The other 100 finished 8th out of a grid of about 40 including much more
powerful Jags etc. Great reslt.
