[Healeys] Starter Problem - Update

Do a voltage drop test.
Put the positive lead of your voltmeter on the battery side of the
solenoid.  But the neg terminal on the starter side.  Have someone put the
car in crank and read the value on the meter while the key is in the crank
mode.  If it is greater than 0.2V replace the solenoid.
