[Healeys] BJ8- gas tank

It was one of the first things I replaced three years ago and have had no
problems. The infamously difficult to replace brass fuel line fitting fit
perfectly.
The straps come with neoprene gaskets. I wasn't so happy with them, but I
didn't and still don't know any better.
