It seams Rich was also involved in model railroading too.  He was a very multi
faceted person with a wide variety of interests.   This is a quote from the

RIP Richard Chrysler

 Got word from a friend today that Richard Chrysler passed away yesterday from
pancreatic cancer. Richard was a well known modeller and historian in Canada
and was considered a very accomplished styrene modeller (in the words of one
who knew him, "one of the top 3 rolling stock modellers in Canada"). Richard
put on a number of clinics for fellow modellers and opened his own layout on
tours on a regular basis. He always had time to answer questions of fellow
modellers and had an encyclopedic knowledge of all things CNR. He will be
sorely missed by family and friends.
