[Healeys] Radiator - fan crack

I installed one on a customers car.

Several minutes after it was installed, I was standing over the car while it
was idling, looking for leaks and doing a general inspection.

The fan came apart in my face.  Luckily I was wearing safety glasses and
escaped with only some small cuts.

Texas coolers are one piece plastic.
Anyone have a failure story to share about them?
