[Healeys] Cam and engine assembly lubes

A good scrub with plenty of any proper solvent will do, white spirits, 
petrol, diesel, brake cleaner etc., as long as the engine has not been 
running. After that it might prove difficult to remove, but that is my 
gut feeling.
