Penrite HPR.
30, 40 or 50 depending on climate and useage.
More Zinc for your flat tappets than almost anything else. And it  
holds pressure when hot.
No financial interest, just a very happy penrite user in Healeys for  
16 years or so.
Synthetic in gearbox and diff? Absolutely. Redline.
Again, no financial interest.
