[Healeys] Fuel Pump Inertia Switch

Inertia switches are usually used in racing situations where in the event
of a crash power to the fuel pump is shut off.  You can also install a
low-oil pressure switch so that in case the engine is shut down the fuel
pump is not energized and that will accomplish much the same thing.
