[Healeys] BJ8 door drain holes

The doors have probably been repaired at some stage or they may have
been aftermarket replacements. Doors in cars have holes in the bottom to
drain incoming water (rain, condensation) whatever the make. I have
never seen doors on post war cars without them. If the holes are plugged
that has probably been done by some PO. Remove them.
