 Sorry to hear that you had trouble with downloading the book. We no longer
have any contact at all with that publisher, so can't be much help. Sounds as
if you have a definite customer complaint to register with them. I certainly
don't think it should be that hard -- can't believe that an eBook from Amazon
would be anywhere near that difficult to get, but I have never tried that
either.
I hope the book will be useful to you.
