[Healeys] Fender bolts

Neither our BN2 or BJ8 had/has them, the kits don't supply them and you can't/shouldn't torque them enough for a lockwasher to be effective. 

Oh, and the parts book doesn't show them.

Does the bolt that uses the spire nut need a lock washer? 

The parts book shows it without one.
