Regarding engine weight, the Mopar 318 V8 is around 525 pounds (238 kilos).
Actually not that much different than the 100 engine, probably a bit lighter.
The AH gearbox weighs about115 pounds. The Mopar trans is definitely lighter,
of course that weight is amidships.

I would be suspicious about the road behaviour of this car. Way to much
