It appears that the jet head only moves down when the choke cable is pulled out. Is that true and if so how far down will the jet head move on the HS4 carb? My carbs are not reinstalled but I had a clearance issue between the jet head and the steering column that I am trying to resolve. Thank you, John Spaur '62 BT7
