It may be time to fit a modern alternative like an electronic Ignition 
123 Lucas Look-alike distributor with several advance curves to choose 
from. They are not overly expensive.
However, what has failed? It often suffices to dismantle, clean and 
lubricate the weights, spindles and springs. Replacement springs can be 
had at most specialists. Make pictures, drawings, labels to note what 
goes where when assembling if you are not confident with these jobs. 
There is no magic involved, just avoid being ham fisted.
