Hi Derek,
Adding to Andy`s reply you can just move the toothed wheel 180 degrees, as
only one half of the wheel is realy used. So you have the good other half of
the toothed wheel. So firstly no need to buy a new wheel box.
Cheers

Hi Derek
It will be the toothed wheel in the wiper box, the metal is quite soft and you
will find a couple of teeth missing the only ones used out of about 7.
You should be able to see from inside the car. There are 2 screws that holds a
plate on the back of the wheel box to sandwich the spiral drive cable, so you
can do it without removing motor / drive gear. Make sure you get the right
wheel box as they had different amounts of teeth if you buy of eBay or other
than a healey specialist, cheers andy
