That is the piece that always is broken. There are two different  
ones. Sometimes you can repair if you have all the pieces, you can  
try super glue to put it bask together.  You can send me a pic of  
yours and I can see if I have one available.

The next option is to get a new switch and convert it over to the  
100/4 style.
