[Healeys] Car Question, not LBC

I have a 96 Honda accord that has an irratic speedo problem and am in need for
a help list
similar to our healey list.   In my search I came accross one of the web
sights that offer help
from  " certified on line techs now" .   Its  $38.  but you can withdraw your
offer if your not happy with the answer you are given, or so they say.   The
rub is that they now have all your credit
card info.
 
Anyone have a comment on these web sights or have you ever used one?
