[Healeys] Need BJ7 Seat Belt Bracket Location

The BJ7 (and I think the BJ8 as well) has two holes drilled in the floor for the 
outboard seat belt bracket (the one with the removable mounting pin).  
I've done such a great job insulating the top and bottom of my 
floorboards, I can't find the holes now that it's time to mount the 
bracket.   Can anyone give me some measurements from the inside sill and
 rear bulkhead so I can start dousing for the holes?
