[Healeys] carb lifting pin

I never used the pin on the SU's on the Spitfire I had years ago, I 
simply used a flat blade screwdriver to lift the piston slightly and 
went from there. Later on I used the ColorTune to set the mixtures and 
did away with the awkward  "lifting piston" procedure.
