Gosh.  I had a Team.Net address spoofed once and got about 12,000 
notices in about
2 hours.  That was a fun day.  Luckily it only took me a few minutes to 
write a shell
script to clean them out of the affected inbox.

Sometimes I do wonder why I do this!
