[Healeys] Rear license palte bracket on BN2

Alan, does it bolt to the bumper or the shroud??

And which way??.. Which side faces the license plate light & which side goes
up??..

The bracket actually bolts to the bottom of the shroud under the
bumper so that the hidden license plate light can shine on it.
