[Healeys] Start-up, oil filters, and rebuilt engines

I have never used "running in" oil but always primed the rebuild engines 
turning over by hand first and then on the starter without plugs until 
oil pressure was shown. Renewing the oil filter and oil after about 
100km is standard procedure for me followed by an oil change at 1000km 
and after that every year, regardless of the distances covered, be it 
500 or 50.000km.
