[Healeys] Bouncing Speedometer

Ron -

I would chase down the cable/kinks etc.  Also, is the cable new ?  If
so, there are several reports of new cables being wound backwards.
Not only does this bring up grease fouling from the cable, it also
causes bounce because the winding direction is in compression not
tension.
