[Healeys] wire core plugwire

It's better to use the TR6 cap with pre made suppression core wires.
That's how you get the suppression core wire to last if you want to
use them.

Carbon core wires never last very long in the original Lucas cap
because the wires aren't designed to work with a pointed male screw
terminal.
