[Healeys] driving lights

Properly designed driving/spot lights do not need more than 45W for the 
bulb. The cheepo units diffuse the light to much so they are not 
effective. Or perhaps they are not spot lights but fog lights?
Stick to quality brands like Hella, Cibie, Lucas, Marchal etc. in EU. I 
do not know the US market.
