[Healeys] 123 distributor (GB6) in BJ8

Peter, I built a 123 in my BJ8 and didn't use a ballast resistor. That's
four years ago now, and the engine still purrs like a cat. After Vredestein
tires and Koni shock absorbers, 123 ignition is the third thing in the world
you all should thank the Dutch for!
