I think we've had a couple of those in Hong Kong as well.

My favorite was when this idiot in a Ferrari 430 decided to cut across
several lanes (before going into a tunnel) and neglected to notice the last
bit of a curb that was separating the adjacent onramp to all the tunnel
lanes... he drove the car straight over the curb and the curb pretty much
decided to rip out anything and everything that was bolted to the bottom of
the car.  It reminded me a bit of eviscerating a trout when cleaning it.
