[Healeys] Upgrade BN1 to Disk Brakes

Little Mike Schneider (who is not on this list) bought a BN1 yesterday from 
 the Frakes collection.
 
Of immediate concern are the front splines and brakes. Does anyone have the 
 parts to upgrade to disc brakes that they would be interested in selling 
or if  he keeps the drum brakes a set of serviceable splines?
 
If he has to go with new parts are there any better deals than what Denis  
Welch is offering?
