[Healeys] Rendezvous vs Conclave

In addition to coordinating the timing of Conclave & Rendezvous, I would like
the two organizations consider is holding the events earlier in the year.
Perhaps late May or early June. A big part of the enjoyment of these events
should be the drive to & from the event. By the end of June and early July it
is usually so hot that the drive becomes a physical challenge rather than a
relaxing scenic drive. This is true regardless of where you are in north
America except if you are driving along the west coast. Picking the time of
year will always involve some trade offs, but I would like to see the AHCA &
AHCUSA poll their members & find out when they would prefer holding these
events.

Good question...but I believe the AHCA Conclave date is nailed down at least
 years in advance.
